Executive Director of NorCal School of the Arts
Michele Hillen Noufer has served as Northern California School of the Arts' executive director since 2020. NorCal School of the Arts is a performing arts educational organization with programs such as School Outreach, where NorCal teaching artists go into title one classrooms in our community and teach students social emotional learning and conflict resolution skills through theater arts.
